Sherri market review was spot on. When the appraisal came back on the property it was just what she said it would be, amazing! Sherri worked for me but also made sure the buyers agent did his job. The buyers were buying their first rental property. They needed a lot of hand holding. Sherri was on top of every details. All I can say is Sherri did a great job again. I would hire her again.

We wanted to buy a lot for sale with a different broker at Century 21...she never emailed or called me back so I walked in to your offices. Your front desk person said "I'll get you an agent". She was back in a minute with Sherri. Over the next few days Sherri got me a plat map, contacted the city (owner of the lot), tried to get info with the listing agent (to no avail) and finally got all paperwork together. She was there at the title co. for the signing. Sherri also came over to look at our home before we list it in spring. Great advice and I'm sure she will be our agent when we do list it. Just by chance we got her that day and she's a keeper!
