Seller reviewCurious to know the value of our home, we contacted "Team Beuck" and another realtor for an appraisal. Both realtors had excellent reviews. Both realtors impressed us. Karl, however, fit our personality perfectly. We needed someone to walk with us through the process. We had never sold a home before. Karl stood out because he spent more time on our home and our goals than on himself. He walked through every inch of our home pointing out the plusses and minuses, items needing attention because of the city's requirements, and how best to prepare to show it. He was honest, tactful, polite and patient. He was always available and kept us posted on the progress all the way through. He always had time for us. We never had the impression he had something else to do or somewhere else to be. We have enthusiastically recommended him and Brian to others without reservation.
