This purchase was a new construction project. Most of the dealing with Terry involved the estimated closing cost and credits util the project was completed. The entire closing process went very smoothly with Terry being quite helpful through the entire process. Terry definitely has a heart to make the purchasing of a new home a plesant expierence.
