The speed with which our house was sold perfectly coincided with our needs in purchasing our new house. Skip's timing in regards to the selling and purchasing of a new house was right on the money making the process go very smoothly. Skip's professional demeanor was consistently approachable and personable. He did not hesitate to clear up any questions we might have had and always took the extra effort to ensure we were satisfied with the process.
