There is no realtor in the United States of America that can possibly compare with the attention to detail, hard work, professionalism at every single level, service that could never be surpassed and is the ROCK STAR of all Realtors. I have dealt with many different realtors over the years and I have never met any that could come close to Mr. John Goede! Never met the man until the SUNDAY he allowed me to close on so I could move in the day I arrived with my belongings from Florida! John Goede is SUPER REALTOR! If Century 21 Pro-Link Realty has any sense of the value of Mr. John Goede, you would never allow him to quit! And you might want to find a way to give him a very well deserved bonus! You could not possibly have another Realtor that can compare with him! I don't know what they did! I do know what Mr. John Goede, my Realtor did for me. So I cannot possibly comment on their performance in this transaction. Sorry! They were all handled with the absolute perfection that any Real Estate Agent could possible do! With Mr. John Goede at bat as my Realtor, he hit them all out of the park!
