Landon made selling our home and purchasing another one a simple process. He was exceptionally kind, easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. He was excellent in terms of follow up and responded to calls and texts immediately. My husband and I recently moved back to Fort Wayne and we were looking to purchase our first home. We both in the past year became veterans and were expecting our second child, so a home we could call our own was a must. I did not have a preference of realtors and as intimidating as this all is I did not know where to start or who to trust. Tim Haber was recommended to us and looking back I am so thankful he was. Initially contacting him he is very professional and is not pushy about sales . You can tell that he is very interested in finding the best fit for buyers. Looking through a handful of homes, he is realistic and offers suggestions. Even after closing of our home, Tim made sure we were comfortable and got everything we needed. Any communication that had to be handled between us and the buyer, Tim was the go to and we were sent copies of any conversation to make sure everyone (buyers and sellers) were on the same page and nothing was missed. Since my husband and I are veterans I was nervous about moving to a area that doesn't really handle that type of loan as frequently. Tim has a complete understanding of using VA loans and as a veteran I felt our needs were met and any doubts were quickly diminished. I recommend Tim Haber because as a 1st time home buyer we could not have done this without his help and professionalism. After only working with him for a short time we felt comfortable and less anxious about the home buying process. He was available by phone or email whenever we had questions even long after closing. Landon was an outstanding realtor. We just moved to the Fort Wayne area in August 2018 without knowing what the future held. I was offered a job in Georgia and needed to sell my home fast, to relocate my family as smooth as possible. Landon went above and beyond with advertising and having open houses. Landon Badiac is a wonderful realtor and human being! He did a fantastic job with Selling my house, he's just wonderful with people, he is helpful in anyway he can be. I have nothing but good things to say about him! He sold my house much faster than I ever expected and for more money than we even listed it for. He was there every step of the way and even helped me with stuff I wouldn't have expected him to. Century 21 is lucky to have such a fine young man representing their company.

Tim, what can I say? You were an excellent realtor. Our experience was unique. You handled every problem swiftly, keeping me in the loop every step of the way. Bottom line: I couldn't have made it through this buying/selling experience without Tim being on my side. He always answered his phone and responded to emails and texts immediately (somehow he did it on a train-ride through areas without internet service). He is knowledgeable about uncommon problems like encroachment issues, broken buyer agreements, and keeping escrow money. The referral to Brian at US Bank was also very helpful.
