During that time, market conditions changed and we did not sell it as quickly as we thought. She was always thinking of different ways to bring potential buyers to the house. I live out of state trying to sell the house and he keep me posted several times during the week on the status of all stages. This was my childhood home and I was very apprehensive about selling, Chay was very sensitive and took extra time walking me through this process.
