Seller reviewWe are the trustees of the property that DeeDee sold for us. She kept us informed of the process and updated us often on the inspections, repairs and the things we needed to do as the trustees She spent so much time on collecting the required documents from a city office that was minimally staffed due to the pandemic. We appreciate her tenacity and for keeping the lines of communication open during this process.

Both of the other agents were awkward to work with. Dee Dee is like a friend of yours coming to the rescue! She kept me informed at every step of the sales process, talked me through the intracacies of the project, arranged meeting with the Title Company and made sure all the paperwork was complete. This was not a simple sale. But Dee Dee straightened out all the kinks and made it happen. Dee Dee and her whole team worked with professionalism, efficiency and caring. These are all great listeners who explained the process and worked with me online to process forms, sign them with an electronic signature - and reminded me when I was a bit late in signing.
