Seller reviewJodi was so kind and patient. Any questions I had, she explained so I could understand. She usually answered the phone when I called, but if for some reason she couldn't, I would get a call back or an email almost immediately. Jodi worked hard for me and actually got two sales from the property instead of just one. We had some documents we needed to get for the title company and she helped me get everything completed just right. This was a "long distance" sale (I am in Arizona) and Jodi had no problem getting all the paperwork sent back and forth. She did a remarkable job!

Buyer reviewAmber Larson showed us a listing from another agent who was out of state for an extended period of time. We were very impressed with how she handled the showing, gathering an information package for us before we even met, and followed up with answers to our questions as they arose about properties we were interested in. We didn't make an offer on the listings she showed us and took pause for a few months to watch the listings and debate moving forward with a purchase. Everything changed quickly (the market, COVID, retirement account panics, etc.) and we needed to move fast so we contacted her based upon our initial experiences. She made the time to meet with us and was timely with contracts and paperwork that needed to be submitted quickly to make a successful offer in a really fast paced market. She was professional and really pleasant to work with.
