We worked with Holli to purchase our house partly while we were out of the country. During the entire time communications remained solid and while there were some logistical issues in being so far from home, Holli helped us work through it and was very patient through closing - which had to wait until we returned. We would recommend her to anyone needing a thorough competent caring agent.

I think that the entire journey of the selling of my Mother's property went well. I believe that to be true due to the expertise, knowledge and compassion of Mimi Simmons. The property was small compared to most of the other properties in Nevada County, but Mimi gave us the type of consideration and attention that I feel that she would have given to a property 5 times its size.
