Seller reviewLarry came in and spoke with us and gave us his opinion of what a good price would be. We listed it and it was sold 2 days later. Seller reviewI liked that Larry was extremely confident he could sell our house quickly. He was right and we had four offers in the first four days. He was always very responsive and knowledgeable. Larry really proved himself when having to provide data/evidence to the VA appraiser on the worth of our home since there were really no other comps in the area. I really appreciated the time and effort he put into that and it paid off well for us in the end. I would highly recommend him.
