He made the home buying process very easy for me and my wife and treated us like his own family. Terry Stevahn had sent a letter to the neighborhood homes indicating he was looking for a house for one of his clients. I felt if he would do that to find a home, he would also be diligent in selling a home in the area.

Terry came highly recommended by my co-workers, and we had dealt with him in the past on an appraisal. His team kept in constant communication and always answered any questions we had in an extremely fast manner. He put in the extra effort to coordinate important events like inspections, the closing, etc., around our schedule and helped put us at ease with his attention to detail and willingness to explain each and every step of the process along the way so we felt comfortable in knowing that things were being handled correctly. Terry's team always made sure we had all our paper documents in order and went out of their way to ensure my husband and my quality satisfaction with the service Terry was providing was great. I couldn't have asked for a more genuine, honest, and quality home buying experience. Terry had 13 homes ready for my husband and I to view within less of a week of my initial call. Anytime we called, texted, and/or emailed a question Terry or his team would usually always respond within 5 minutes. Terry kept in constant contact and worked as the "middle man" between ourselves and the buyer to ensure all of our needs were met and questions answered. Terry was always honest, approachable, professional, and friendly. If that's not excellent I don't know what is.
