Buyer reviewAshleigh and Shanel went above and beyond what I have previously experienced with realtors. They were extremely thorough and helped us look at houses despite being many miles away. Plus they are easy to reach and always have the answers or will find them. They are truly passionate about their job and this town and I am so glad we chose them as our realty team.

They listened and acted quick as if they were buying for themselves. I highly recommend Shanel and Ashley because you can feel safe and secure they have your best interest at all times! I love my new home and owe them a debt of gratitude for making it happen and I can now call it my home. I might add I bought this home while living in Oklahoma and they led me through the long distance purchase process and I am 100% satisfied.

Seller reviewThese perfect duo is God sent. I felt very comfortable and taken care. These two speak very kindly and makes sure that you are satisfied with the work and progress. They're also helpful if you have a concern even after purchasing and selling. These two ladies are true to themselves and I trust them whole heartedly. They don't look out for there own benefits but instead are just willing to be there for people. By the end of closing on a house I consider these to close friends and families. I hope everyone experiences the experience me and my spouse went through with them! Seller reviewShanel Effertz and Ashleigh Collins did an amazing job staying on top of everything when it came to selling my house. I was new to this whole house selling process and they helped me every step of the way by the explaining all the details in a way that I understood. They got my house listed and on the market super fast. I called on a Friday and my house was on the market by Sunday- pictures, videos and everything done in two days! Incredible work if you ask me! I also really appreciate Shanel's dedication in always texting or calling me back at all hours of the day. This shows that she really cares about her clients and wants to get the job done!
