Abe Safa grew up in New York and moved to the Myrtle Beach area to attend Coastal Carolina in 1988. Since graduating in 1991, he's lived here and owned several successful retail stores. Abe actually started working at age 13, either selling or running a business for over 34 years. Having been a friend of Greg Harrelson's for many years, he has decided to take his knowledge of the area and sales talents to sell homes in the Grand Strand. His business background and experience in negotiating and marketing, combined with his unique and precise analytical skills, leaves no doubt that he can be a valuable resource for you, your friends, and family. When not working, you can usually find Abe running marathons or summiting a mountain. He enjoys tennis and has played basketball since he was old enough to bounce one. Abe Safa's team handled the sale of our condo and the purchase of our new home simaltaneously. We understood that there would be challenges because some of the areas in our condo were in need of repair. Though it took a few months, once the spring came, we started getting more interest and more showings. The end result was that we sold our condo for a price that enabled us to buy the very home that we wanted and had been looking at for months. Once someone made an offer on our condo, it took only four weeks for the closings of the sale of the condo and the purchase of our new home to take place. Abe and his team navigated us through the process, and the Century 21 office covered all of the bases. Though at first we were discouraged because it didn't seem like we were going to be able to sell our condo, we couldn't be happier now.
