Buyer reviewProfessionalism, honesty, a thorough knowledge of the area and properties, decades of experience, willingness to listen to a clients' specific hopes and needs and then tailor to what we were seeking...were all qualities I looked for and found in excess with the Aitchison team. Not only that, but they were right on top of everything every step of the way, excellent, outstanding experience. We spoke with several realtors/brokers and both John and Kathy provided the best experience.I would highly recommend both Kathy and John to anyone searching for a home to purchase or to sell their property.

Seller reviewI think I covered my opinion of Kathy in the preceding survey, but here it goes again: Kathleen , in my opinion, is one of the most competent and professional Real Estate Agent I have worked with in years. Kathleen has sold 2 homes for me in the past 12 months. Both sales were handled in a most professional manor, she handled all problems that arose with care and always kept me informed. She helped me handle the paperwork even while I was in the process of driving across country, faxing documents to Hotels I was staying in and follow up calls into the night.
