Having an informed local Realtor that knows the territory and local market was very important to us. Ann Hancock was on top of her game with every aspect of our sale. We had a difficult buyer with need for multiple views and inspections of the home for an upstairs renovation that factored into the sale. Ann handled the whole matter in a way that gave us the comfort of knowing she was continuously looking for our best interest throughout the buyers due diligence process.
