When the first sale did not go through due to buyer issues, Eric immediately began to repost and really push my home to get a new contract. The closing was the smoothest legal process that I have ever encountered. He really listened to me and my desires and got it done!! He is awesome to work with and knows what he is doing. Eric Bates is wonderful to work with. He is open and honest about the process, what to expect and answering questions and calming fears and stress. He stayed in constant contact and kept me updated on all steps of the process. He kept me in touch with reality when I thought it was taking too long. He grounded me with real expectations and timeframes. He is kind, considerate and extremely patient with "older" people (me) even when I asked the same questions more than once.
