Buyer reviewMy sister-in-law recommend Monica, when I called Monica, I told her my situation with my condo in AZ and explained what I was looking for here in Eau Claire. Monica helped me every step of the way by explaining anything that I didn't understand and she sent an email with names of lender.. She showed me homes all around the area. Then she sent me a listing one morning, that checked all my boxes, she showed it to me at 6pm that day, she wrote up an offer on it all before 10pm that same day. Offer was accepted and she sent me a check list of things to do, people to contact. I sold my condo in AZ two weeks before closing on my new home here in WI. Monica is a great person to work with and she found me my forever home here in WI. I would recommend her to anyone who wants someone who will go above and beyond for you. You will never see her without a smile, which says a lot about someone to me. She's courteous, respectful, reliable and a person you can trust in finding you your dream home.

Seller reviewMy sister and I looked at 3 realtors. The first was very likable, but a little laid back. The second was likable as well, but definitely an 'A' type personality. For me, Monica was perfect. Confident and encouraging and very personable. She felt like a friend from the start, and I enjoyed having her for our realtor very much. Monica did a great job explaining the process. The whole process went smoothly without any issues.
