Holly is the best of the best. Always made time to help us view homes and was always on time with a sunny disposition. Most importantly she never pressured a house she wanted to ensure the house we bought was something we really wanted.

Holly was fabulous in the search for our new home. We sent her our budget and specs on what we were looking for and the same day we were putting an offer down on a house. Any questions were quickly answered and we would definitely refer Holly in the future.

Holly was amazing! She was patient and always took what we wanted in to account first. She always had homes for us to see and always made time for us to look at them in a timely manner. It was a long process for us to find the perfect home, but she never rushed or pushed us whatsoever! She was simply an all around awesome realtor. Holly Herrod guided us through the entire process, letting us know what we needed and when. She had her own contacts for inspections etc., so we didn't have to find random people on our own. She pointed out detailed issues here and there that we should consider OR because she knew how picky I am. It was very important and impressive that she paid so much attention to my particularities to know what I would and wouldn't like--and why. It made the house search much more bearable. Not to mention she stuck with us for... 1 year? I can't even remember how long it took now. In and out of option contracts, ALL over DFW from Ennis and Palmer to Oak Leaf and Midlothian to Forney and Heath to Rockwall and Rowlett to Old East Dallas and Farmer's Branch. She needs recognition just for dealing with us! I also appreciate that she knew the different areas so she could say "no, this won't be safe" or "you aren't going to like this neighborhood," so we wouldn't waste our time. AND she's prompt. I don't think there was one time where I asked for something and didn't get it within a short amount of time, and usually right away. I wish there were a rating beyond excellent for the patient characteristic. Like I said, she stuck with us after 1 year, in and out of numerous option contracts, and with my picky taste. And she was still always pleasant. We like her so much that we've dubbed her a friend.

Holly was phenomenal. She spent so much time discussing fine details with me and always jumped to see a house with me no matter when or where it was. She always responded quickly and never left me hanging, which I appreciated most of all because home-buying is stressful and questions come at all hours. I immediately felt relief when I first met with Holly and knew that she completely understood my wants and needs. I feel like she did all the hard work and always gave us great advice. I would definitely continue to use Holly and will recommend her to anyone needing a Realtor.
