Buyer reviewWhen we first met with Bill Davis, we thought our next move was going to be challenging because it was a downsize from the current house where we resided. Moving out of a house we had lived in since 2006, and finding something smaller that excited us was going to be difficult. A couple days later, Bill Davis called us and said he found the perfect home for us. We met Bill Davis later that day and put a contract on the house. He listened to our concerns and checked off every box plus this new home had more to offer than we could have ever imagined! His knowledge of the market and the communities is impressive and his customer service is outstanding! We knew Bill Davis' reputation as the top real estate agent in this market, but he exceeded our expectations!

Seller reviewWe received two offers above asking price within two days of listing it. Bill and Meredith advised us on improvements that we needed to make to the home and we got more back than we put in. The home sold in two weeks and we felt that it was priced properly in the existing market.

Throughout the process, the team was communicative and let us know what would be required within the existing market conditions and advised us on the most optimal offers that we could make. They did not show us any homes that were over our stated budget and advised us when we should stand firm on offers and conditions and when we could bend. We trusted Bill and Meredith and they moved quickly to arrange paperwork and offer letters for us when we were ready to move forward. They also did a great job of explaining when our bid was not accepted and advising on next steps with other homes. We had a wonderful experience working with them.
