The Choporis Crispell Team has more than 30 years' experience in Real Estate in the local Tri-County area. The team consists of three full-time licensed agents: Carol Choporis, Cindy Crispell and Tina Henderson, who is their personal licensed assistant. They enjoy helping buyers and sellers in addition to investors, landlords and tenants. They believe the team approach is most beneficial to their clients and has proven it to work over the last 20 years. In addition to the three-member team, they associate with competent lenders, attorneys, home inspectors and contractors. Buyer reviewCarol Choporis and her Century 21 New Millennium team was very professional throughout the process of acquiring my property. The contract process was long, drawn out with complications, but I was kept abreast of all and any contract changes and modifications necessary to proceed. I was given great advice regarding fair land value and advice regarding Seller vs. Buyer mandates and expectations. Carol Choporis is an exceptional realtor with an excellent team that provided tremendous support throughtout this process. I would highly recommend Carol and the Century 21 realtor/broker service to support my family and friends that are interested in Buying/Selling property.

Seller reviewNot only did Cindy Crispell help me sell my house and ansawer all of my questions in a timely manner, but on the day of settlement I caused some damage to the house and she was instrumental in getting everything sorrted out. Cindy took the initiative to make all required calls, changes to paperwork, and even got contractors out on site the day of to get assesments and estimates. I was VERY satisfied with her services and would reccomend her to anyone.

Seller reviewI have used Carol Choporis three different times to either sell or buy a home in St. Mary's County. I would not use someone that many times if they were not good at their job. Carol made sure to price my house appropriately to maximize my profit while ensuring it was not overpriced for the market . Carol was responsive to my calls/emails and always recommended the right person when I needed to make repairs or updates to my house.
