The Choporis Crispell Team has more than 30 years' experience in Real Estate in the local Tri-County area. The team consists of three full-time licensed agents: Carol Choporis, Cindy Crispell and Tina Henderson, who is their personal licensed assistant. They enjoy helping buyers and sellers in addition to investors, landlords and tenants. They believe the team approach is most beneficial to their clients and has proven it to work over the last 20 years. In addition to the three-member team, they associate with competent lenders, attorneys, home inspectors and contractors. Seller reviewThe Settlement was long and not organized because Capitol Title had not reviewed the documents prior to settlement, and loan documents were redone at the table, which ended up costing the purchaser a few more $. I would not recommend Capitol Title to anyone. Thanks Keith

Seller reviewActually my agent, I thought, was Carol Choporis. Cindy was like an alternate POC. Anyway, they both worked together well and had my back through the whole process. There were a couple of "burps" along the way, but the issues were addressed and resolved in a timely fashion and to my satisfaction.

Seller reviewBoth Cindy and Carol were very attentive and helpful with the sale of our home. Any questions or concerns we had were quickly and easily dealt with. Although we are unlikely to need their services again as we have since moved to the west coast, I have, and will continue to, recommend them HIGHLY to our friends moving to or still residing in the southern Maryland area.
