The Choporis Crispell Team has more than 30 years' experience in Real Estate in the local Tri-County area. The team consists of three full-time licensed agents: Carol Choporis, Cindy Crispell and Tina Henderson, who is their personal licensed assistant. They enjoy helping buyers and sellers in addition to investors, landlords and tenants. They believe the team approach is most beneficial to their clients and has proven it to work over the last 20 years. In addition to the three-member team, they associate with competent lenders, attorneys, home inspectors and contractors. Coming from outside the local area meant I could not be on site to see properties and neighborhoods. I needed a realtor I could trust to understand my wants and needs - someone who was able to identify properties that would be a good fit without me there to see them. Carol and Cindy did exactly what I was hoping. They were able to give me tips about different areas and help me find the perfect fit for my family! All from a distance! Carol and Cindy are both absolutely wonderful!! And Tina was so helpful! Overall I am so pleased with this office and my home buying experience.

Seller reviewDealing with Carol is like working with your favorite daughter. Her manner is calm, careing, attentive and helpful, Anything that you ask for is taking under consideration and answered calmly, and answered with care and consideration for my best out come. We were complete novices in selecting contractors to perform a variety of repairs to our house. Carol was a god send in guiding us to contractors in a half dozen areas that proved to be reliable, with excellent craftsmanship at reasonable rates. It was my feeling that this type of guidance was the result of Carol's many years of experience working with all phases of getting a house ready for sale in our county. We had not bought or sold a house for over 35 years in this area and consequently had little experience in pricing of the type of house and area where the house was located. Carol came to our resque again. She did an excellent job showing us similar houses, in comparable locations and the effect of increasing housing prices in the time of year. As a result of study and guidance of the changing rising prices, Carol helped us to set the price near the top at the time of the sale. I would recommend Carol Choporis to be your realtor when starting to think of the sale of a house through every intermediate phase through the final signature the ink drying on the lawyers sale of house papers at settlement.
