The process was seamless and he really did a lot of leg work to schedule the few repairs and services that we needed. He recommended quality repairmen that responded quickly to our calls and repair concerns. I would highly recommend Christian Black and his entire team. Jeremy was very understanding and willing to answer any questions and help as if it was his own. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new home or to buy a home already built as he is very knowledgeable on the area and will work in your time to get you what you want.
