Seller reviewChristian Black has helped me buy and sell a home. His knowledge of the market was invaluable. The process both times was seamless. Christian and his team took care of every aspect. He helped me find reliable people for repairs, inspections and took care of me at closing. He and his team were there for me the entire time. They kept me updated and informed. I always hear buying and selling a home is stressful...that wasn't the case with Christian Black and his team. I took comfort knowing I was in the best hands, and at the end of it all, it proved to be true both times. HIGHLY recommend!

Buyer reviewEven though we were military and not in the state of TN, Christian and Leslie answered every question we had within the hour of it being asked. We had one weekend to find a house and Christian spent HOURS driving us around to any property we wanted to see. He had a strong knowledge of the market and got us into last minute viewings. He made EVERYTHING happen. The reason we got the house we did is because of Christian's quick communication with the seller and the speedy paperwork process they were able to push before the weekend.Christian and his team went above and beyond to make sure we, as first time buyers, understood how things worked. They were honest and realistic with us, but genuinely committed to giving us exactly what we wanted.
