She did a fantastic job of giving us realistic expectations of the price we could sell our home for given the current market value. She also provide necessary recommendations of things that needed fixing prior to placing our home on the market to achieve highest price when receiving anticipated offers on our home. Without her real estate knowledge and help, we would not have gone under contract in 9 days as quickly or smoothly as we had done.
