Trustworthy, friendly, great communication and knowledge of the industry and listens to their customers. Katie always made sure our needs and wants were met. You could tell she would put all her focus on you when it was something involving our sale of the home. She would have other clients but they never kept her from focusing on us when we needed something or vice versus. It was a business transaction that became more of a friendship because of how detail oriented, caring, and just wanting to get to know us rather then treating us as just a everyday transaction. We can not say enough good things about this broker and how beyond 100% pleased we are. They rock!
