It was an easy decision to call up Chad again when purchasing a second house. He was always very easy to reach and gave great, no BS advice when drafting up offers and negotiations. Highly recommend.

I appreciate the way that Chad always considered exactly what I told him and made it happen. He never imposed his thoughts on to me unless they were absolutely relevant, which I appreciated every time! He was an amazing guy to work with and always made me feel like the #1 priority. Chad was very accurate with area information and got numbers and projections for each of the areas I was searching for a home. I had within 2 days on the market every time as much information as I wanted and needed for my future home. He spent months with me going to look at any and all places that I wanted and always worked around my schedule! The guy is a machine!!!! DOES HE EVER SLEEP???? Only the day after closing my new home!!!
