I don't think I will even be able to put all my thoughts into words. My wife and I had a different realtor that I had picked based off of word from a friend but after one open house he was the biggest disappointment. That's when Jae swept us off our feet. He is absolutely 100% the most humble, knowledgeable and genuinely kind person I have every met. I not only wanted him as my realtor because of his diverse knowledge of every city we were considering and his ability to negotiate and get as much from a deal as humanly possible but he also acted and genuinely cared for the needs of my wife and I. He also wasn't sneaky or tried pulling any fast ones. He was human, he was able to connect with everybody on a deeper level. He made going through the ups and downs of home shopping such a blast. I couldn't wait for our open houses just so we could hang out, laugh, and find our perfect house. He's the coolest guy I have met and to be honest, I'm happy/sad that we found our house so quickly! :)

James was awesome in getting us sorted so we found the right house for the right price. He had great communications with the seller and helped us navigate a few hiccups in the process, and we are in a perfect home for our two girls to grow up. James was really good at listening to both of our wants and must-haves, and we ended up getting the first house we looked at after viewing only four properties. We didn't ever think we could get into a house that fast!
