Melinda listened to what I wanted and didn't try to "sell me" a house. She made sure that I would be happy with my purchase for life. She and her team responded with urgency to every single phone call/email/text throughout the whole transaction. I appreciated Melinda and Kerry's no pressure approach, but don't let that fool you, they know their stuff and when it is time to move, it is all business. They work very well as a team.
