Felix is a professional. He will make the process as easy as possible; guiding you through the path to the sale. Felix offered recommendations which we followed completely, and which we believe led to a quick sale. The house pictures Felix posted online looked great.

Despite going through two very difficult attempts to buy a house, Felix was excellent. He was patient and persistent while keeping our best interests in mind. The issues with our closings had nothing to do with Felix, but he kept us sane through the process and we finally closed.

We felt that Felix Tamayo was extremely honest and down to earth. He certainly stood by us every step of the way and comforted us through every hurdle when needed. The communication between us was utmost important and we never felt that we were in the dark about anything. Felix is truly a very professional and caring broker. We have found a friend in Felix as well. When we told Felix that we didn't want a Yard sign and he agreed to that. It was very important to us not to have the sign. As far as other advertising it was amazing. The story and photographs of our house were both spectacular and very eye catching!! Each time Felix had a prospective buyer he always contacted me in enough time for me to tidy up the house. There was no need for an Open House because the sale went quick. However, Felix did tell me that there would be an open house and/or a caravan of agents. No need, the house sale went quick. We can't say enough about Felix. He is all of the above and then some!!! He certainly in his element. We totally felt very comfortable with Felix and felt that we could say anything to him and he would listen and he gave us great advice. Again, Felix is in his element and a credit to his profession.

Friendly, knowledgeable, honest . He listened to the area whereally we wanted to be and kept looking till we found our house that had what we wanted.

Felix was great to work with. I will recommend him to friends. He's very efficient with everything. He was just so helpful with the whole process. He was also very patient with us, it took us a while to get our house on market. But once we got it for sale, we had a deal within a month. He knew how we should price it and in the end we sold it!
