Buyer reviewMy husband and I loved working with Team Foreman. Both Casey and Donna were attentive to our needs, as new homeowners. They knew the area very well--and one that was unfamiliar to us. Donna spent hours looking for us homes to view--and doing her best to match the homes to our list of criteria. We had a lot of fun while we were out looking, and it only took 3 visits to PA for us to find our perfect home! After the sell, Donna and Casey remained connected to us, helping us find local vendors for home improvements and updates. I am happy to say that not only do we have kickass relators now, we have new friends. I would highly recommend Team Foreman to anyone looking to buy a home.

Seller reviewCasey and Donna arrived slightly early, which let me know that they care about their customers. They greeted me with a warm genuine smile and proceeded to explain their level of experience. I stopped them halfway through their explanation and said that they were hired. They are genuinely interested in helping people. They walked me through my house and came up with a game plan on how to stage my home to sell quickly and at a premium price. Long story short, my house sold so fast that I didn't have a place to move into. They nailed the pricing, the staging and the needs of potential buyers. They even found me a house to move into and kept things moving so fast that I was able to close in under a month. They were attentive and understanding of my needs when looking for a new home. I am unable to say enough positive things about them without getting commission for a book deal on amazon. Such a great team. These are the kind of people that you would invite to dinner and trust them with your kids. Thank you so much for helping find my dream home. I hope you are still available if I ever sell my current home. Such an exceptional team. I swear that they never sleep. Always available and promptly responded to all questions and concerns.
