Tony Picillo was very prompt to respond to my inquiry on the house. He responded by text within minutes, and called within the hour. Since our work schedule does not allow any time off but Sundays and holidays, Tony offered to show the home on Labor Day. He was very approachable and professional. Knew the area well and the market. So many agents out there will treat you like you have no money or that they are better than you. We had some bad experiences in the past with agents treating us like we were not serious buyers. Tony is sweet, family guy and veteran. He made us feel comfortable and treated us with respect in every aspect of the process. As many buyers, your not always sure what you want in the beginning so you need an agent with patience. Then as you narrow down what is important on the list, you need the knowledge of the agent to advise on listings. He is a great listener and I always felt that my happiness was all he wanted. He was never too busy to help answer questions or help me. He truly wanted us to find the perfect lake cottage and didn't care how long the process took as long as we got what we wanted. His dealings with other agents were professional and with my family. We made a new friend in this process and are forever grateful for Tony. I recommend him to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home. Even though he lives in Fort Wayne he has family on the lake and is very knowledgeable with lakes in Northern Indiana. It was a pleasure working with Tony.
