Answered all of our questions at anytime when we need to know something or was confused about anything. Rosa was awesome at handling and negotiating our deal with the sellers. If there was anything that she had to get back to you. She will contact you either way. She does not leave you hanging wondering what's going on and very quick on updates. She is there when you need her. Rosa treats you like family and not just another sale. She is very personal and clicked very well with my family. She is no doubt in my mind the best agent I personally ever dealt with. If or when I can or someone I know needs anything in buying or selling. She will be my goto person.

Buyer reviewMy wife and I saw a house online and called the contact number and Rosa Galvez was the one that answered the phone. From the first day, we had an appointment to go and look at the house. She also inquired from us what kind of home we were looking for in case we do not like the listed one. However, we did like the first one and immediately she went right to work so that we can get the Seller, Buyer, and Bank application going. On a daily basis, we continuously received information regarding the next step. Even when we requested to see the house the third time on a short notice, she accepted and made the appointment the next day for that. She was always punctual, very professional, and went extra mile to meet our requirement and satisfaction. Rosa Galvez was awesome, but above all, she knows and understands the real estate's business, and we wholeheartedly recommend her to any future home buyers or renters.
