She was always available and had no qualms with helping with the issues outside of regular business hours. Buyer reviewI have known Michelle Sherman for several years and she has helped me with the purchase of 2 homes and the sale of 2. She is very knowledgeable and is very attentive to the clients needs. I would call on her again in the future and would recommend her to anyone. My last home purchase was during a tough market. Homes were going fast and if you wanted something you had to act fast. She took me to look at the property and I decided then and there that I wanted to make an offer. The buyers were expecting multiple offers and we had to wait a couple of days until the other planned showings had taken place. She presented my offer and my ability to close quickly and pre-approved loan application and I was the one the seller accepted. Everything went smoothly and she kept communications going with me through the end.
