Seller reviewTwylia Gottfried made our house sale experience very easy. We were in a tough situation with the passing of one of the owners and the other owner moved out of state. Twylia took charge of managing the cleaning, junk removal and sale-prep of the property and did an awesome job. She worked diligently to price the property so to maximize seller benefit and minimize days-on-market. She managed the offers from the one and only open house with thorough and timely communication with the out-of-state seller. Twylia arranged for a traveling notary to ease the remote closing, which went smooth. I would strongly recommend Twylia as a excellent realtor.
