Seller reviewDave is incredibly committed to an accurate sale plan, price and approach to formulate a successful sale. His knowledge of the market and timing along with being able to formulate values for even the most unique home is a key value for a seller. Dave collaborated well with multiple buyers and agents to schedule showings on the day it hit the market and was extremely successful to keep the offers progressing in a forward fashion. He also handled a bidding "war" between multiple buyers in a highly professional and ethical manner. Dave got us under a sales contract in one day! We couldn't be any happier with his performance!
