He believed in his ability to sell the lot from the get go and saw the good in the lot for a future homeowner. We had worked with two other brokers before but Dave's drive and excellent communication skills made the difference. Dave regularly communicated with us. He always returned our calls and contacted us with regular updates. He is a true professional and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone.
