The team of Terri and Ray Hewitt made my move from Broward to Flagler as seemless as possible. Relocating from a distance can be a daunting task; both Terri and Ray paved the way during my house search. Both of these professionals did not waiver, they did the "heavy lifting" along with me while searching for a sound and wonderful home. They delivered on my wishes in my house selection - 3BRS, garage, fenced yard plus my bonus wish, a fireplace. The house checks all of the boxes; Terri and Ray did not fail. Finding my next home was important, but working with two professionals was just as important. The Hewitt Team are not afraid of the hard work, asking questions or advocating for their client. Terri and Ray were placed in my a path - so perfectly. Ray can write the book on RTFM, follow the instructions -- to do the job.

Seller reviewI used Ray and the Hewitt Group when I purchased my house in 2020. I bought that house from a distance and Ray worked hard with my mother to get the house purchased. I didn't consider using anyone else when it was time to sell. Ray is familiar with the Daytona North area of Flagler County and I have found it works best to use someone who knows the area well. Ray took care of a lot of things for me by doing things himself as well as meeting contractors for me as I was out of town much of the time my house was for sale. Ray and Terry are great!
