Once we made the decision Scott was there through the entire process keeping us updated on the construction and any issues at hand. Scott went above and beyond to make sure from the purchase to closing, that everything went smoothly.

Seller reviewThe sale of Vic's property in Myrtle Beach was an unusual one, in that it was 'upside down' and we knew we would be loosing a lot . That being said, Scott did a fantastic job of marketing it, and securing the best price he could for the property, and getting it sold. We are extremely happy with the results. If I answered any of the above questions , oddly, it must be because I didn't quite understand them. In no way should any of my (our) answers reflect negatively on Scott's work.
