Seller reviewThanks Scott for all your help. From buying our first home to selling our first home. He went out his way to make sure we were comfortable, and happy with both processes. We would recommend Scott whether you're buying or selling. He did great job. He was honest, and up front. We just wish we could use him as our realtor with the buying of our next home here in WV.

Buyer reviewScott is an amazing person as well as a real estate agent. Because I live out of state in New Hampshire I have a lot of issues with deliveries coming to my newly purchased property. A lot of them are late due to the hurricane Scott did everything he could to accommodate me by moving some things into the new condo when I could not do it. I can't imagine a better real estate agent then Scott Weaver is trustworthy, dependable, and So knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend Scott Weaver!

Buyer reviewScott was absolutely great! He worked on his own family vacation to make sure that we were taking care of when we came in town. Scott also understood that we needed and wanted good lenders and absolutely connected us with the best lenders around they made us feel like family, I would trust Scott and his team is everybody he recommended to us turned out to be very trustworthy. We closed early and smooth!! If your looking for a coastal home choose Scott he is the BEST and I am hard to please lol thanks again Scott!!

Buyer reviewScott Weaver was the agent who represented my wife and i for buying a house. we knew right when we met him that he was gonna help us close on this house. we had a bad experience prior to Scott and had to fire that agent so we were a little skeptical about another agent but Scott was nothing like her. He had our best interests at heart, helped us with things we didn't know, and was with us step by step. I would recommend Scott Weaver to anyone looking for a house.
