Seller reviewWe chose Jay as he sold two properties in our exact subdivision. We appreciated the activity awareness of sales in the area and a reasonable attitude about what may occur with the price point. We also appreciated his guidance on how to best present our home to buyers. We also relied on his expertise when a buyer snafu occurred. We were ruffled by a sudden buyer cancellation 1 month before closing--- that had zero to do with the house or our contract...nonetheless, we were shook and his calm understanding and guidance helped us so much.
