Seller reviewI chose Melinda to sell my house because she had been my agent when I bought the house and I founds her to be very knowledgeable, efficient, and trustworthy. Melinda always answered my text messages quickly and turned communications with buyers around quickly. She explained all of my options and answered all of my questions. Melinda did a great job representing me and advising me with regard to my options. She understood that I was in a hurry to sell and positioned my house to best accomplish this. Melinda was professional, trustworthy, and if I was doing business in the DMV area I would try to have her as my agent again.
