Once the contract was signed, she continued to provide regular updates all the way through closing. She coordinated inspections, necessary home repairs, and closing information. Lastly, she was a RIDICULOUSLY strong negotiator! I couldn't have asked for or imaged a better relator than Melinda Livingston.
