Bryant was our realtor when we first purchased our home back in 2019. He was attentive, thorough, & placed our needs/wants when looking for a home. We finally were able to find a home just before my son was born in 2019. In 2022, my wife and I decided to move out of state, and we knew Bryant would be an asset in selling our home. Within several days of putting the house on the market, we got a buyer. Began escrow ONLY for the buyer to back out early in the process. THIS HAPPEN THREE TIMES!!!! During this time, my wife and I were becoming discouraged and disheartened with the process. We didn't think the house would sell before we left. But Bryant encouraged us not to give up and would have a strategy to sell the house. Well after many, many, many phone calls, meetings, & marketing strategies we were FINALLY able to sell our home and get $25k more over the home value. This was because of Bryant's honest, hardworking, experience, & knowledge that we were able to sell the house. Escrow began within 30 days of our departure date so we left prior to escrow close. But Bryant helped us close and obtain our profit from the house while driving out of state. From beginning to end, the process was easy with Bryant From buying to selling our home, Bryant was there every step of the way. His knowledge, experience, & expertise put our minds at ease and secured the home we wanted to bring our new son home.
