Seller reviewi think the best thing I can say about Karen Oakes is that she met us where we were. She gave us an understanding of what we needed to do versus what would be optional. She worked with our needs and desires and did not impose her will beyond suggestions. As a result, I think stress was removed from the home selling experience. Karen provided clear reasons for her views on pricing, marketing, and sale procedures. Communication was top notch. And when we needed, Karen was a cheerleader for us and kept our spirits up. I would recommend Karen Oakes to anyone seeking a realtor.
