Seller reviewThe King team sold my property in less than 4 months in a saturated market with high interest rates that usually reduce the pool of prospective buyers. Yet, the marketing efforts, the constant communication, and reassessment of current market conditions by Jason and Alexa resulted in closing on the sale in less than 4 months. Jason and Alexa were extremly adaptable to personal circumstances and consistently found viable and advantageous options for me to consider. The overall experience was that of utmost professionalism, effective communication, and efficient execution. The King team will be the only reason I may consider to buy real estate in FL again.

That one was "the one" so, I sit here on my lanai, looking out at the water thinking about how blessed I am. Working with Jason and Alexa made the process from a distance seamless.
