Seller reviewWe worked with Vanessa previously when purchasing our home in 2017. So when we were ready to sell that home and buy a new home, we knew that we would want to work with Vanessa again. As a seller in the current market, we knew that our home would likely sell pretty quickly. The Kwasny Team came to our home to give market value assessment and also did a lot of research on the comps to reach our target list price. Sure enough, we had two offers within a few days. Unfortunately neither worked out quite right for our situation but Vanessa stayed positive, worked hard to piece the sale back together and get us into our new home where we are today. As a buyer in the current market, it's tough going but somehow we were able to find our new home right away. Vanessa made sure we got to view the homes we wanted to see and made suggestions for some that were not even on the market yet. We found the home we wanted and get locked into contract right away. It got a bit tricky when our buyers fell through but Vanessa worked through the situations and we able to obtain several extensions through the closing the home we were selling. It was quite a roller coaster and she was fantastic and patient through it all. We highly recommend Vanessa and truly appreciate all of the hard work!
