Seller reviewJohn Lazar is highly professional and is very responsive. He took on extra tasks as we live a distance from the property. We trust him completely. He worked with our tenant very well. He even found a buyer for some of the tenan's furniture. My husband was in the hospital at the time docs needed signing and a notary came to the hospital in the Bay Area to take care of the signing. I would not hesitate to highly recommend John! John took care of everything. He is the best! I would engage his services again and recommend him without hesitation.
