Sam was very sympathetic & understanding of my particular situation and needs. He was never pushy or in a hurry. He recommended many homes, most of which were quite a few miles from their office. Kim would be the selling agent I would recommend to anyone. Kim helped make our sale successful so we could move to our dream home. She was quick to answer any questions and helped us relate to our buyers. She even found moving boxes to help us. She gave staging tips and advice on how to make the most of the showings. She knows the market of our area very well. We were happy to be under contract in only two days. We loved the personal attention and the knowledge of the market in our area. Our house received a contract on it the next day after it was online. The photography helped make listing and selling it quick. Kim was very quick to let us know of our contract and helped us work thru the negotiations.
